Refund policy

Everything we sell is a used, one-of-a-kind take-off part, so please read this before you order.

Before you buy
Message us with your bike, ATV, or UTV's year, make, and model (or your VIN) so we can confirm fitment before you order.

14-day return window
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return if a part doesn't match its listing description or arrived damaged.

Condition-as-described guarantee
Every part is inspected and photographed before it's listed. If what arrives doesn't match the photos or description, contact us at info@kauaipowersports.com and we'll make it right with a full refund or a replacement, and we'll cover return shipping.

Fitment returns
If a part doesn't fit and fitment wasn't confirmed with us before you ordered, we'll still accept a return within 14 days, but the buyer covers return shipping and the part must come back uninstalled, uncut, and in the condition it shipped in.

Non-returnable items
Electrical parts (switches, ECUs/ECMs, wiring harnesses, ignition components) cannot be returned once installed — please bench-test before installing. Parts listed "as-is" or "for parts / not working" are sold final.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect a returned part, we'll email you and process your refund to the original payment method, usually within 5 business days.
